The music that Carlton Larsen writes and performs generally falls into the following categories. Blues, Country Blues, and Rock. Carlton is the pastor of a church. You probably know that you can take the pastor out of the church. But you can’t take the church out of the pastor. So, his music often has a spiritual/gospel /praise element. Not that there is anything wrong with that, mind you. He loves to utilize a variety of stringed instruments to bring his music to life. Carlton believes in sharing. Both his faith and his musical talents. He performs concerts. He also provides musical instruction on guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, and dobro. The internet has allowed Carlton to expand his music instruction virtually. You can take lessons from the comfort of your own home. Music is a language the Carlton is fluent in. He loves to make it and share it.

Carlton Larsen’s first album, Highway Lovesong, was released on April 30th, 2020. It was originally released in 1982. In 2020 Carlton completed the digital re-masters for a launch on Spotify.
